Director Eliza Roaring Springs was presented with this award at the National Senior Theatre Festival in Las Vegas, which she was attending as a workshop leader. Following the presentation by Dr. Joy Reilly of Ohio State University, more than two hundred festival participants joined in applause and recognition of Encore’s work. We have been wonderfully appreciated and supported by our local community, and even throughout Oregon, but it was very gratifying to be honored on a national level. |
