Faculty and staff support of Encore's programs is vital to our success, and has been incredible throughout Oregon. Despite their already busy schedules, they facilitate the logistics required to incorporate our performances and workshops in their facilities. This often includes prepping their kids with our discussion questions, schlepping in the set, feeding us lunch, watching the show with their youth, participating in workshops, feeding us lunch, and even donating money for travel expenses.
