Dear Encore:

Encore Theatre is one of the best educational presentations we have experienced in my twenty years of teaching here. What a great forum for teaching children! I can imagine Encore Theatre growing in number and branching out into satellite groups in communities all over the state presenting a wide variety of themes. Let your creativity run wild.

This is a wonderful show with a powerful message, a winning combination for benefiting school aged children (and adults). Believing in yourself, being content with where you are in life, working hard for a better future, realizing/valuing the differences among people, knowing that everyone feels afraid, worried, weak, and sad at times, sticking by those you love… these are things that loving teachers try to convey to our students. This show helps us do our job by giving us a concrete reason/shared experience to discuss these themes.
